For this project i was tasked to make a candle holder by following a set of instructions.
I first started by drawing a center point and a top point on a draft layer.
I then used my main layer and then used the draft layer as a guide to draw an oval.
I then went back to the draft layer and i marked out where the holes for the fitting screws would go.I then switched the layer to my main and drew the circles that i would later become the holes.
I then extruded the main base of the wall mount for the candle holder.
I then exturded the cirlces and moved then down so they were sticking out of either side. After that i used the substract tool to make a hole throught the model.
After that i then created and extruded a circle to make the base of the candle holder.
I then drew 2 circle and moved on of them up.This is so i could use the loft tool later.
I then lofted the shape.
After that i used the shell tool to hollow out the shape a candle can be put inside.
After that i then changed my usc so i was able to draw on a diffrent plane. I then used the arc tool to create the path of the part between the base of the canlde and the ectual candle holder.
I then drew a small circle and used the sweep tool along the arc ive just created.
And i then moved all of the parts together and into the correct position.
